Experience a short trip to one of the most beautiful and traditional customs of the Frisians.
On February 21st, large piles of brushwood (Biike) will be lit on the coasts of Northern Friesia to drive away the spirits of winter.
The Biike burning will take place at Dockkoog and in the Schobüll district. The traditional kale meal marks the end of this beautiful custom.
