Consideration
Appreciate a little peace and quiet in the spa? We would ask you to switch off your mobile phone. We would also ask you to refrain form smoking so everyone can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.

Sauna
Hotel guests may use the saunas during the opening hours by apointment.

Delays
Late arrival may result in your treatment time being shortened to ensure that subsequent treatments start on time.

Billing and vouchers
Beautician Claudia and Masseuse Lena are work on their own accounts. Their services therefore can not be payed with your hotel bill.
At the moment, both Claudia and Lena only accept cash payments.

Vouchers from Hotel Rosenburg GmbH cannot be redeemed with Claudia or Lena. These can still be redeemed in the Restaurant 1877 for dinner/breakfast or the boutique hotel Myn Utspann for overnight stays.
